My Husband and I Honeymooned in Walt Disney World. We really wanted to go on a cruise.....but thanks to see poor planning we were blessed with a surprised that made me decide to push the wedding forward a few months and skip a cruise.
So Disney it was for a quick get away!
This year we're celebrating 6 years married and over the years we've been back to Walt Disney World as a Family....
In 2013 we took Vivien on her first trip. It was our first time to be able to catch the Christmas Party and what a JOY that was!
We headed BACK in 2014 as a family....with me being about 100 pounds lighter than the 2013 trip.
In 2015 Ben deployed and was stationed in Japan. So you better believe that this Disney Parks fan headed over to see what that was all about!
Starbucks in hand and on a Disney Monorail with Mickey windows is pretty much the best way to spend your first few hours in Tokyo!
Tokyo DIsneysea was incredible. Honestly the whole trip was just stunning. But we were reminded of how much we enjoy being grown-ups at Disney together.
So on to our plan!
We've booked airfare and Hotel to catch the 2018 Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT.....plus catch some of the new restaurants at Disney Springs. But really the goal is just a couple days together as a couple.
We do have some bucket list items we're planning on:
Rent a boat to take out on the 7 Seas Lagoon
Sushi dinner at Morimoto Asia
FINALLY ride Space Mountain together (we did it atTokyo Disneyland but we haven't yet at Walt Disney World.)
Monorail Bar Crawl, which should be easy as we stay at a monorail adjacent hotel
Not a terribly LONG list...and I'll fill in more details as we get closer and closer!
