What's In My Cart?

Building healthy meals starts at the Grocery Store. While I'm not working on weight loss I still need to keep an eye on my intake.

Here's an example of what's in my cart for about a week's worth of meals:

  • Veggies! Boxed salad, eggplant, tomatoes, green beans & strawberries.

  • Basil, I like the freeze dried stuff as it has a longer shelf life than fresh.

  • Frozen salmon.

  • Chicken, more chicken and seasoned chicken on sale.

  • Deli Meat

  • Salad Dressing

  • Turkey Pepperoni

  • Krab, lol

  • Cold Brew coffee

  • Gallon Sized Baggies
